O workshop irá focar-se na presença das artes marciais (Aikido) como homenagem ao princípio da perfeição do bailarino através da integração com o meio envolvente, os outros artistas e consigo próprio. Proporciona a aprendizagem dos movimentos e conceitos de combate numa forma dançada e coreográfica, criando um artista consciente, capaz de gerar energia interna, controlá-la e canalizá-la através do corpo.
The workshop will be focused on the presence of martial arts (Aikido) as a tribute to the principle of perfection of the dancer through integration with the environment, other performers, and oneself. It offers the learning of movements and combat concepts in a danced and choreographic form, creating a conscious performer capable of generating inner energy, controlling it, and moving it through their body.

Biografias Biographies
Lázaro Batista
Coreógrafo, Bailarino, Professor e Artista Marcial. 2007 – 2012 Licenciatura em Dança Contemporânea no ISA (Instituto Superior de Artes) na Faculdade de Dança, com especialização em Dança Contemporânea.
2013 – 2018 Mestrado em Processos de Formação Artística. Menção: Estudos Científicos da Dança na Universidade das Artes (Cuba).
Choreographer, Dancer, Teacher and Martial Artist. 2007 – 2012 Bachelor’s degree in Contemporary Dance at the Higher Level at ISA (Higher Institute Of Arts) in the Faculty of Dance, Specializing in Contemporary Dance.
2013 – 2018 Master’s in Artistic Training Processes. Mention: Scientific Studies of Dance at The University of the Arts (Cuba).
Greys Rosales
Atriz, Bailarina, Coreógrafa. Nível Superior do Instituto Superior de Artes (ISA) em Teatro e Dramaturgia 2024. Licenciada na Escola Nacional de Teatro (ENA) como Atriz de Nível Superior. Título de Ouro 2018-2022 / Escola Profissional de Dança (EVA) Dança Contemporânea 2014.
Actress, Dancer, Choreographer. Top Level Higher Institute of Arts (ISA) Theaterology and Dramaturgy 2024. Graduated in National Theater School (ENA) Top-Level Actress. Golden Title 2018-2022 / Vocational Dance School (EVA) Contemporary Dance 2014.
